Norsafe's range of survival products
is among the most advanced in the world.
Their research and development center in
Arendal is managed by some of the best and
most experienced Survival System Engineers
in the world. Products include lifeboats,
rescue boats, daughter crafts, free fall
boats and MOB boats.
TESTING
AND APPROVALS
Norsafe's
products are tested and approved by major
classification societies and national authorities.
Their
lifeboats undergo the most stringent fire
tests. During tests, the outside temperature
will be approximately 200 degrees centigrade
while the temperatures inside the lifeboats
will be registered at a comfortable 27 degrees
centigrade. The lifeboat will have only
minor scars in the outer shell after 10
minutes in the oil fire.
PRODUCTION
Norsafe's
products are manufactured by skilled craftsmen,
using the best materials and technology.
The quality control is guaranteed by their
experienced engineers, some of them with
more than 15 years in the lifeboat development
industry.

repair and upgrading of all types and makes
of lifeboats and rescueboats is available.
Norsafe AS has a separate workshop for repair
and upgrading in Norway as well as servicemen
and engineers available for travel world
wide at short notice.
